Creating Independence OT and Nursing LLC was established in 2022 in Hamilton, MA with a mission to allow clients to identify their own goals, and assist them to meet these goals. This may be through occupational therapy services and/or psychopharmacology treatments.

We currently provide in-home visits for individuals living in Wenham, Ipswich, Beverly, Essex and Manchester. Telehealth is an option for those living outside of these towns in MA.

Creating Independence takes time.

As we work towards your goals, change and progress can sometimes be slow. Together we will place trust in the process.
