Creating Independence OT and Nursing LLC was established in 2022 in Hamilton, MA with a mission to allow clients to identify their own goals, and assist them to meet these goals. Achievement of their goals may be through occupational therapy services, hormone replacement and/or psychopharmacology treatments.

We currently provide in-home visits locally (Wenham, Ipswich, Beverly, Essex and Manchester) as well as telehealth options in MA.

Creating Independence takes time.
